Principal Focus' online support is hands down ... absolutely FABULOUS!!!!
In previous positions, I've struggled to learn a number of new software programs.
I've been super stressed out & wasted a lot of either waiting for someone to
make time to help me or just bumbling around hoping that I could solve the problem
on my own, which often resulted in making things worse.
Whenever I have a problem or I am unsure about anything, I can leave the stress
behind & call the PF online support team. They have clearly & thoroughly
explained any questions I've had and walked me through any process I haven't understood.
In addition their friendly, humorous, supportive and encouraging personalities have
definitely helped me feel more confident during the learning process & they
continue to make my job SO much easier! They have outstanding teaching skills &
talents, not to mention excellent patience!
